Yoga & Garden Experience
Nurture yourself in Nature
Join us for our Yoga and Blooms series this summer.
Each session will begin with peaceful yoga and breathwork lead by Ruth Paulauskas. We will move onto the Florals, picking and creating bouquets, followed by relaxed social time, herbal tea and moments to simply enjoy.
We are happy to have you join for one or all of the sessions. This is a learning opportunity, no experience necessary.
What to bring: yoga mat, water, props, blanket and a medium sized vase.
